Understanding Our Feelings 💚💛💙❤️ Our Nursery students were introduced to the Zones of Regulation and met some familiar characters from Inside Out — Joy, Sadness, Worry and Anger. The children explored the different emotional zones and shared how they were feeling by passing around Coco the Narwhal.
